Maiden of the Dark

A retro-inspired action-platformer for the original Game Boy. A desperate Japanese village summons the Maiden of the Dark, an ancient spirit empowered only at night, to defeat the warlord Zankoku and his two shoguns. With just ten hours of darkness before her power fades at sunrise, she carves through men and demons across forests, caves, mountains, and burning villages. Features 10 challenging levels, boss battles, and a heavy-metal-inspired soundtrack.
